Rapid Response Protocol

BE4ALL seeks to ensure that there is a culture of respect and belonging on jobsites across the unionized sheet metal industry. Our jobsites, offices, training centers, and meeting spaces should be free of discrimination, harassment, hazing and bullying. SMART, SMACNA, and the ITI have zero tolerance for this behavior and are committed to making sure that everyone in the industry experiences safe and inclusive work environments.
At the end of the day, everyone wants to feel welcome in the workplace. Let’s make a commitment to look out for each other, respect each other, and remember that we are only strong if we stand together.

Toolbox Talks

BE4ALL releases original Toolbox Talks every other month. The expectation is that these Toolbox Talks will ensure increased worker productivity; reduce bullying, harassment, hazing and discrimination on jobsites; and promote solidarity.
