BE4ALL Voices: Will Scott

Will Scott is a 32-year veteran of the sheet metal trade who now works as a SMART International organizer based out of Los Angeles. In this video, he talks about his career path, the challenges he has seen for African-Americans in the trade, and his belief that the BE4ALL initiative is helping to create a better future for all in the sheet metal industry.
